The location is very convenient near shopping centers and the MTR station. The staff were professional and polite. I also found the free luggage storage to be useful.

The room seemed a bit old. The bedsheets had some stains. The female receptionist was impolite when I asked about a late checkout.

Mickaël, the Concierge, was helpful and provided service well beyond what I expected. Agnes at the front desk was lovely and very helpful to both of us! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel room did not look like the pictures I saw online. It was a bit outdated and the carpet was not clean.

This hotel is on Kimberly Road near many shops and restaurants. It is on a lively street. It is a short walk to Nathan Road and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the waterfront. The area is great for people watching!

fantastic stay!

varied buffet western options friendly staff nice location

the breakfast buffet was quite varied and plentiful. it included mostly western options, which i found quite welcome. the hotel staff was friendly. the location was also very nice, only a short walk from the mtr station and a nice park.

I found the room to be a little small. It felt a bit cramped with my luggage.

Agnes at check-in was well-trained and cooperative. the front desk staff were helpful. Cathy helped change the room to a quiet one. the cleaning lady, angela, was responsible with a friendly attitude.

the hotel has lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. it is within walking distance to the best mira malls and harbour city mall. the mtrs are also quite nearby for easy travel.

i appreciated the staff. agnes gave me a special breakfast rate. my room was comfortable and big.

The bed are too small. i could not sleep well. It was not comfortable. there weren't enough lights in the room. the extra bed did not look like the pictures on the website.
